Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ):
1. Go through immigration and collect your luggage.
2. Head to the main exit of the arrivals area.
3. A representative from your company will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.
4. We will assist you with your luggage and take you directly to your vehicle, which will take you to your hotel.
Please be sure to provide the following information when making your reservation:
Flight number.
Hotel name and address.
Full name of the main passenger.
A valid phone number.
If you do not see your representative upon arrival, please proceed to the meeting point that we will send you in advance and contact us immediately via WhatsApp/messaging or by phone. Your team will be closely monitoring your arrival.
