On the day of your tour, our guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our guide will be holding a sign with your name on it for easy identification. Make sure to provide your hotel details accurately when booking.

Port Pickup (For Cruise and Ferry Passengers):
If you are arriving by cruise ship or ferry, our guide will meet you just outside the port terminal exit. Look for a sign with your name on it. Please note that due to port security regulations, we are not allowed to enter the terminal building, so it is important that you proceed directly to the exit gate after disembarking.
