Travelers will discover the authentic flavors of Liguria with a hands-on cooking class. Guided by a local host, you will learn how to prepare the traditional walnut sauce (salsa di noci) using a mortar and pestle, following an old family recipe. Together we will crush walnuts, bread, garlic, and cheese into a rich paste, and then enjoy it with freshly cooked pasta and a glass of Ligurian wine. At the end of the class, you’ll receive a Certificate of Participation to remember your culinary journey in Genoa
