Learn to surf on beautiful Santa Monica Beach during a 2-hour private surf lesson with one of our experienced instructors. Your lesson begins on the sand with an introduction to ocean safety, surf etiquette, wave selection, and the fundamentals of paddling and standing up on the board.
After the beach instruction, you’ll head into the water for extended hands-on coaching. Your instructor will help you position for waves, improve your pop-up technique, and give real-time feedback to help you catch more waves and build confidence.
With extra time in the water, the lesson allows beginners to practice more rides and gives intermediate surfers the chance to refine their technique. All equipment is included, including a surfboard and wetsuit.
