Please kindly note that our pick-up service is limited to the 23 special wards of Tokyo. Remote islands are not included.

For pick-up requests outside the 23 wards, an additional handling fee of ¥5,000 to ¥10,000 may apply depending on the location and travel distance. We will confirm the exact amount after reviewing your pick-up address.
