This sound meditation consists of an immersive listening live session using binaural beats and ambient music, along with original soundscapes of nature, rituals, ceremonies recorded by sound artist Erick Ruiz Arellano in different parts of the world for over 20 years, mainly in Asia, Mexico and South America. A beautiful sonic journey toward inner calm. Each listening session is unique, as it is an improvised concert with my most precious sound recordings to share.
Binaural beats will help you achieve different states of wellness, through prolonged exposure to specific frequencies, the mind tunes to these harmonic vibrations, reducing stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, migraines, and increasing creativity, concentration, memory, harmony, communication, among others...
The experience will take place at Colmillo Café, a beautiful and quiet spot in Oaxaca Centro. (The café won't be operating during our session of course!). The session lasts approximately 1 hour. You'll be provided with wireless headphones, herbal tea, yoga mat, blankets.
No prior experience with binaural beats is required.
