Pickup details

Please meet at The Meta Mall Chiang Mai for your transfer to the Doi Saket festival venue. Check-in is available from 11:00 AM, with final check-in times by ticket option: Standard until 01:30 PM, VIP until 02:30 PM, and Elite until 03:00 PM. Scheduled transfers depart by ticket option: Standard at 02:00 PM, VIP at 03:00 PM, and Elite at 03:30 PM. The last transfer departs at 04:30 PM. Guests who arrive after the last transfer must arrange their own transportation to the venue. Missed transfers are non-refundable. The return transfer drops guests off at The Meta Mall.

• Children aged 12 years and above require a paid ticket at the same price as adults.
• Guests aged 12 to 17 years must be accompanied by an adult, parent, or guardian with a paid ticket.
• Children under 12 years old may join free of charge when seated on a parent’s or guardian’s lap. No separate seat, lanterns, Krathong, food, drinks, or workshop activities are included. A paid ticket is required if a separate seat or activity participation is needed.
• Tickets are valid only for the selected event date, 24 or 25 November 2026.
• This booking is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
• VIP and Elite tickets include access to a dedicated photo point with digital photo files. Photos are provided as digital files and can be downloaded by scanning a QR code at the event.
• Bringing outside alcoholic beverages onto the event premises is not permitted.
• Outside lanterns are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety and environmental reasons.
• Drones are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety reasons.
• Firecrackers, personal fireworks, and flammable items are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety reasons.
• Please expect heavy traffic on the day of the event. The transfers may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
• In the rare event that the event experience must be cancelled by the operator, you will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date, a different tour, or a full refund.
