Pickup details

Pickup is available for all hotels within the Phuket area. Pickup time is between 7.30 a.m. to 8.00 a.m. The tour operator will confirm your exact pickup time by email. Please check your email before the tour.
Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has departed from your hotel.

In the rare event that the tour cannot operate as scheduled, the operator will contact you in advance and offer a new travel date, an alternative tour, or a full refund.
Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
Guests with high blood pressure, heart disease, or bone conditions are not recommended to join the tour.
