Pickup details

Pickup is available for all hotels within the Chiang Mai Old City area. Pickup time is 7.30 a.m. - 8.00 a.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time by email. Please check your email prior to departure.
Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has left your hotel or meeting point.

The simple carving tools at Baan Tawai are provided for photo posing only. The carving activity with take-home artwork is not included.
The itinerary, activity order, and timing are approximate and may change depending on traffic, weather, local conditions, and travel time between pickup, drop-off, and activity locations.
On the rare occasion that we are required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour, or a full refund.
