Learn Muay Thai in Chiang Mai with a beginner-friendly 90-minute class designed to introduce you to Thailand’s national sport in a structured and supportive environment. Held in a professional local gym, this session is ideal for newcomers who want to learn the fundamentals of the “Art of Eight Limbs” from a skilled and experienced coach.
The class begins with a guided warm-up to prepare your body, followed by step-by-step instruction on proper stance, guard position, balance, and footwork. Once you understand the foundations, you’ll move on to essential strikes like punches, kicks, elbows, and knees focusing on clean technique, control, and safe execution.
You’ll then practice simple combinations through guided drills and dynamic pad work, helping you develop timing, coordination, and confidence. Exercises and light conditioning are included to improve strength and cardiovascular endurance without overwhelming first-time participants.
