Pickup details

Pickup is available for all hotels in Krabi within specific areas. Pickup time is between 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email.
Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Please note that Mu Koh Phi Phi National Park (Maya Bay, Loh Samah) closes annually for two months during the low season, typically in August and September.

On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Please be informed that Maya Bay is closed annually from 1 August to 30 September for environmental conservation. During this period, visitors are not allowed to step onto the beach and may only view and take photos of Maya Bay from the boat.
Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.
