Pickup details

Pickup is available from all hotels within Phuket. For the 9.00 a.m. round, pickup is between 08:30–08:45 a.m. For the 12.30 p.m. round, pickup is between 12:00–12:15 p.m. For the 3.00 p.m. round, pickup is between 02:30–02:45 p.m.

The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

The child must be 4 years and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 15 years old.
During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You can wear sandals or sneakers to join our activities and be aware barefoot.
Participants must not exceed the maximum weight of 120 kilograms.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
