The class starts with an introduction to essential Thai ingredients such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, chilies, and coconut milk. Chefs explain not only how to use them, but also the cultural stories and flavor secrets behind each one. This sets the stage for your hands-on adventure.
You’ll then select five dishes: an appetizer, soup with curry, stir-fry, rice or noodles, and a dessert. Guided step by step, you’ll pound curry paste in a mortar, balance flavors in a Tom Yum soup, stir-fry noodles over a hot wok, and craft a fragrant curry. Each dish is an opportunity to learn traditional techniques and discover the art of Thai cooking.
After cooking comes the best part: enjoying your creations. Gather with fellow travelers at the table, taste each dish, share stories, and celebrate your new skills. The friendly, social setting makes it perfect for couples, families, groups of friends, or solo adventurers.

Pickup is available for all hotels within the Railay beach area. Pick up time is 8.20 a.m. - 8.45 a.m. for the morning session, 12.20 p.m. - 12.45 p.m. for the afternoon session. and 4.20 p.m. - 4.45 p.m. for the evening session. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email.
