Alternatively, complimentary hotel pick-up is provided within Krabi Town and Krabi Airport. The pick-up times typically begin 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Please note that some areas may incur an additional transfer fee, which will be communicated to you upon booking. Your precise pickup time will be communicated to you via email depending on your hotel location in Krabi Town; therefore, we advise you to consult your inbox.
