From the market, head to the cooking school, where a warm kitchen and friendly atmosphere await. Begin your hands-on lesson by crafting crispy golden spring rolls, learning the secret to their perfect crunch and balanced filling. Your chef will guide you step-by-step with expert techniques.

Next, select one main dish from more than 20 authentic Thai recipes—whether it’s aromatic green curry, tangy pad Thai, or another favorite. For afternoon participants, you’ll also create a sweet Thai dessert—mango sticky rice—an irresistible combination of creamy coconut, fragrant rice, and ripe mango.

Once your spring rolls, chosen dish, and dessert (afternoon class) are complete, sit down to enjoy your creations—lunch for the morning class or dinner for the afternoon. Savor the authentic flavors you’ve made and share the moment with fellow cooks in a relaxed setting.

The day ends with a comfortable transfer back to your hotel. You’ll take home recipes, chef tips, and unforgettable memories of markets, flavors, and Thai cooking—perfect for families, couples, solo travelers, or groups seeking a cultural adventure.

Pickup details

Pickup is available for all hotels within the Khao Lak area. Pick-up time is between 8.30-9.00 a.m. for the morning session and 2.30 p.m.-3.00 p.m. for the evening session. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
