What to expect

Your day begins with a convenient hotel pick-up. Upon arrival, expert, friendly English-speaking chefs will introduce you to the essential ingredients of Thai cooking—fresh herbs, local spices, and seasonal produce. You’ll learn about their flavors and cultural roots before heading to your cooking station.

In the open-air kitchen, guided step-by-step, you will prepare a five Thai menu. Start with appetizers, then create your own fresh curry paste and cook flavorful curries, classic stir-fried dishes, and traditional Thai desserts. The hands-on class is perfect for beginners and experienced cooks alike.

Throughout the session, sip herbal drinks, coffee, tea, and enjoy tropical fruits. You can choose either a morning or afternoon class to suit your schedule. After cooking, relax and savor your creations with beautiful sea views. Share the moment with fellow food lovers and capture memories of your culinary adventure.

Pickup details

Get picked up from your hotel near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point. The pickup time is from 7.30 a.m. - 8.00 a.m. for the morning class and 12.30 p.m. - 1.00 p.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
