Your adventure kicks off with a convenient hotel pickup, bringing you straight to the treetop paradise. Start your day with a warm welcome and complimentary coffee, tea, toast, fruit juice, and fresh fruit. Suit up with a full-body harness, helmet, and a bottle of freshwater before receiving a safety briefing from the pro team.

Pickup details

We offer pick-up services from all locations on Koh Samui. However, please be aware that extra transfer charges may apply depending on your specific location (details will be provided). Kindly meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. To maintain fairness for all participants, we must adhere to the scheduled departure time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show. Please do not change the hotel name within 24 hours before the departure time. If the hotel name is changed within 24 hours, the hotel pick-up service will be cancelled, and guests must go to the meeting point on their own.

• Please note that luggage is not permitted on our shared vehicles, as space is reserved for passengers only. Should you need to bring luggage, we recommend booking a private transfer.
• Transfers are available to the same meeting point only. If you wish to be dropped off elsewhere, an additional fee of 500–1,000 THB will be charged depending on the location.
• Transportation not provided for mountain hotels. Guests must arrange transport to main road or another hotel
• To ensure participant safety, this activity is restricted to individuals aged 5 to 60 years. Children below the age of 5 are not allowed. Participants need to demonstrate a minimum vertical reach of 120 cm. Due to equipment limitations, the maximum weight allowed for this activity is 120 kg.
• Individuals over 61 years of age are advised not to participate. Pregnant individuals and those with back, neck, acrophobia, joint, or muscle problems should carefully evaluate their participation.
• Please allow approximately 4 hours for the complete tour experience, including transportation to and from your hotel. The activity itself will last for 2 hours.
• Please be aware that the itinerary and schedule are subject to change without prior notice, based on tide and local weather conditions.
• The visit to Tree Bridge Cafe is a post-activity rest stop. Time spent at the cafe depends on the group's pace and scheduled transfer times.
• Drink coupons are redeemable for selected menu items only. Please verify available options with the cafe staff on-site.
• Guests wishing to extend their stay at the cafe beyond the scheduled return transfer may do so, but will be responsible for arranging their own transportation back to the hotel.
