Overview

Unlike larger operators, we focus on personalized flights with exceptional customer service. We will guide you through every step of the adventure. We take the time to answer your questions, explain how hot air balloons work, and make sure you're comfortable throughout your journey. Our balloon features a unique door-equipped basket, making boarding and exiting much easier than traditional climb-over baskets. This provides added comfort and accessibility for many guests without sacrificing the excitement of flying. Every flight offers breathtaking panoramic views as you gently float wherever the wind takes you. No two flights are ever the same, making each experience truly one of a kind. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, checking a bucket-list adventure off your list, or simply looking for an unforgettable way to experience the beauty of the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier.
