Early Morning: After breakfast at your camp in Central Serengeti, drive to Ngorongoro crater descend into Ngorongoro Crater by mid-morning for a half-day game drive.
Drive time: 4 hours

Game drive inside the crater (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Wildlife spotting: Rhinos, lions, hippos, wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, flamingos in Lake Magadi.
Visit Lerai Forest and the swamp area for elephants and birds.
Lunch: Picnic at the Hippo Pool.
Afternoon: Ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha (3 hours).
Drop-off: Arusha (late afternoon).
