What to expect

Part I: Introduction (or perfection) to Champagne in the middle of our plot of Chardonnay 1er Cru. Stunning views of ten hectares (mountain of Reims west) and the Cathedral of Reims.

PART II: Learn how to taste champagne as an expert through a three-step approach: Eye, Nose, and Mouth and associated sommelier gestures.

3 Cuvées will be to choose with your companion (couple) or your group among fourCuvées of the range: Sun D'eden, Floresian Zest, Baies d'Alizés and Vintage 2020
