If your hotel is not listed, please contact us — we might still be able to pick you up or arrange a nearby meeting point.

We confirm your exact pickup time via WhatsApp or phone call one day before your tour. Please be ready at the agreed time — we offer a 30-minute grace period in case of delays.

Pickup and drop-off are available from any hotel, Airbnb, or public point in Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Cancun. For Costa Mujeres and Playa Mujeres, a small additional fee may apply.

Our transportation is a comfortable private 7-seater vehicle, but we usually travel with a maximum of 4 guests plus your driver, to ensure extra space and comfort.

Please prepare:

A towel and swimwear

A change of clothes

A photo ID

Some cash for souvenirs or extras
