Our safari jeeps are custom-modified for Yala’s rugged terrain, offering a safe and comfortable ride. With enhanced suspension, elevated padded seating, and open sides with canvas roofs, you’ll enjoy panoramic views and a smooth journey through the wild. All vehicles are equipped with roll bars and seat belts, ensuring top-tier safety. We maintain a strict 6-passenger limit to reduce environmental impact and ensure every guest has space to relax. Our licensed driver-guides are trained in wildlife behavior and local knowledge, making your journey informative and exciting. Vehicles are regularly inspected and fitted with two-way radios for communication within the park. Pickup details

Pickup Information for our Guests
Our drivers will pick you up directly from your hotel or nearby location in the following areas:
Tissamaharama, Kataragama, Kirinda, Weerawila, Palatupana, Bundala Junction, Weligatta, and Yodha Kandiya.

Pickup Times:

Morning Safaris (5-Hour, 7-Hour, or Full-Day): Pickup begins around 5:00 a.m.

Afternoon Safari: Pickup begins around 2:00 p.m.
Exact time may vary slightly depending on your hotel location and any other shared guests on the same safari.

IMPORTANT - Pickup Location Inside Hotels:
Some hotels may assign a specific pickup point within the property (such as a back gate or side entrance) instead of the main lobby.
Please confirm with your hotel in advance where safari pickups happen, so you and our driver meet at the correct location without delays.
