Begin with an introduction to the history of Shinsaibashi, Yotsubashi, and Osaka Castle, as well as the differences between Japanese temples and shrines. You will also learn practical Japanese phrases and natural cultural expressions you can use during your trip.
Then take part in authentic temple activities, including Zazen meditation and calligraphy copying. Led by experienced instructors and monks, this program is welcoming for all levels and offers a peaceful, memorable way to experience Japanese culture beyond ordinary sightseeing.
