Overview

Then head back to Xian city for a cycle on the Xian city wall. The City Walls were built during the Tang Dynasty, when Chang'an was the capital. The wall is the only complete city wall that exists in China. After that, we visit the Muslim Quarter. Lastly, the Great Mosque, one of the most important Islamic mosques in China. Its construction started in 1742 and additions were made during the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. It is a combination of traditional Chinese architecture and Islamic art. The Great Mosque was added to the UNESCO Islamic Heritage List in 1985. You will taste famours Dumpling banquet as lunch after you visited most sites. Free bottle of water provided on the car.
