Once the booking is confirmed, the host will directly contact the traveler to acknowledge the booking. Upon arrival at the airport, the driver will be waiting with the lead traveler's name displayed on a card for easy identification. The driver will assist the traveler in loading their luggage into the van and provide refreshments.
