Pickup details

Complimentary private hotel pickup and drop-off are included in every booking option from any hotel within Cairo or Giza Governorates, with no additional hotel transfer charge. This includes Downtown Cairo, Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo, Fifth Settlement, Madinaty, Giza, the Pyramids area, 6th of October City and Sheikh Zayed, provided the hotel is within either governorate.

Our driver or representative will meet you at your hotel at the confirmed pickup time. Please provide your hotel name, full address and contact number when booking. This activity ends back at your original pickup hotel, unless an alternative drop-off has been agreed in advance.

Hotels outside Cairo and Giza Governorates require separate arrangements, subject to availability and any charges agreed before booking.
