Pickup is available from hotels, villas, Airbnbs, and designated meeting points in and around Negril and nearby areas. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or at your pickup location at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.
For cruise ship passengers or guests staying outside the main Negril area, a convenient meeting point will be provided after booking.
Kindly provide the following details at the time of booking to ensure a smooth pickup:

Room number (if available)
Preferred pickup time
Valid contact number or WhatsApp
Your driver will arrive in a clearly marked, comfortable vehicle and will ask for the lead traveler’s name upon arrival.
If you have any special requests such as child seats, extra luggage, or group arrangements, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
