Airport Arrivals:
After landing at Sangster International Airport, please proceed through Immigration and Customs. Once you exit the arrivals hall, your driver will be waiting in the designated pickup area holding a sign with your booking name for easy identification.
We monitor all incoming flights in real time, so if your flight arrives early or is delayed, your pickup will automatically be adjusted.
Hotel Departures:
For return transfers from hotels in Negril, please be ready in your hotel lobby or main entrance at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed prior to your departure date.
Private Villas & Airbnbs:
If you are staying at a private residence or Airbnb, please provide the full address and a reachable contact number at the time of booking. Pickup will be arranged at the main entrance or nearest accessible meeting point.
