How to Spot Your Guide:

Hotels & Private Residences: Your guide, Mikhail, will arrive at the main valet, lobby entrance, or driveway 5 minutes prior to departure in a clean, white Tesla Model 3 sedan. Mikhail will be wearing a black polo shirt and dark shorts/trousers. Upon arrival, he will send an SMS/WhatsApp text directly to the phone number provided at booking.

PortMiami Cruise Terminals: For post-cruise pickups, your guide will monitor your ship’s docking status and coordinate via text/WhatsApp. Clear directions with exact terminal pillar numbers or passenger pickup zones will be messaged to you before disembarkation. Your guide will be holding a digital sign on a tablet displaying the lead traveler's primary name at the designated terminal pickup area.
