What to expect

Club Joy brings you into the heart of Rome for a sweet and authentic experience led by Angelo or Federico Ciampini, master gelato makers for generations. Inside their artisanal lab, you will uncover the secrets behind real Italian gelato by learning how to select high-quality ingredients and mixing the base under the expert guidance of the maestro. During the workshop, you will watch the gelato being churned with a historic machine and enjoy the unique opportunity to taste the freshly made treat directly in the lab.
