Before embarking on the tour, learn about sliding snowshoe features and technique. Sliding snowshoes combine the best features of snowshoes and forest skis. They offer a good grip when skiing uphill and allow for a bit of speed when skiing downhill. This casual sliding snowshoe experience is also suitable for beginners in all ages (minimum age 8 years/ shoe size minimum 35/ maximum 48). Enjoy a hot drink and a pick-up and drop-off service in the Pyhä and Luosto mountain areas.(maximum 15km from city center)
