This is our meeting point, I will meet you just outside the entrance of Maison Celeste, and also the opportunity to discover this beautiful restored colonial house, before heading off to our first taqueria!

Our first food stop - one of the city’s oldest vegan taquerias! Here, you’ll get to enjoy vegan tacos inspired by authentic Mexican flavors, including classics such as tacos al pastor, campechano, suadero and more. You’ll also have other options like gringas and tortas!

Our second stop takes us to a famous food market in Roma Norte. Tucked away in a small, almost hidden corner, we’ll find a spot serving incredible traditional Mexican dishes such as tamales, quesadillas, and of course...more tacos!

I hope you’ve saved room for more because our third stop is a fantastic vegan restaurant offering a true culinary experience. Using fresh ingredients sourced from local producers, they create an exciting variety of dishes full of flavor and creativity.
