Meeting and pickup

Pickup details

Our chauffeur will meet you at your hotel lobby or at the airport arrival hall holding a sign with your name. Pickup is available from Colombo or Negombo hotels (within 10 km) and from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB).
If your hotel is located outside the designated pickup area, we can arrange transfers at an additional cost.
Please share your flight details or hotel address at the time of booking to ensure a smooth pickup.
