What to expect

Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter by walking or motorbike, then enjoy a welcome drink and choose 2 dishes to cook, plus 1 chef-recommended dish. Visit a local market with your guide to shop for fresh ingredients and learn basic Vietnamese phrases for communicating with local vendors. Return to the restaurant for a hands-on cooking class, enjoy the dishes you prepare, and receive a cooking certificate before being dropped back at your hotel. Morning class: 8:00–11:30 AM; afternoon class: 1:30–5:30 PM.
