What to expect

Discover the craft behind Turkish Delight in this hands-on Istanbul workshop. Taste three different varieties, learn how syrup, starch, temperature, and timing create lokum’s signature soft and chewy texture, and take part in key stages of the preparation process, including cutting and coating. No previous cooking or confectionery experience is required. At the end of the workshop, each guest receives a 200g package of Turkish Delight to take home, share, or enjoy later as a sweet memory of Istanbul.
