We are a small, local Miami team, not a call center. From the moment you book, you are in direct contact with us, and we follow your trip personally. If something comes up, you'll always talk to a real person who knows your booking.

We are clear from the start: our conditions are simple and transparent, with no surprises. And when the unexpected happens, like a delayed flight, we talk it through with you and find the best solution together.

From the welcome with a name sign to your final destination, every detail is handled with care.

Pickup details

This transfer covers pickups and drop-offs at Miami International Airport (MIA) and PortMiami, and at hotels and private residences in the following areas only:
Downtown Miami & Brickell · Miami Beach & South Beach · Wynwood & Design District · Coral Gables & Coconut Grove · Doral & Miami Springs · Key Biscayne

Locations outside these areas (e.g., Aventura, Sunny Isles, Kendall, Fort Lauderdale, Homestead, the Florida Keys, Palm Beach) are not included. Please contact us before booking for a custom quote. We are unable to pick up at airports other than MIA, including in case of flight diversions.

Please provide the full pickup address, pickup time, number of passengers, and number of pieces of luggage at the time of booking. For airport pickups, please also provide your airline and flight number, so we can track your flight in real time.

When you arrive at the airport or port, your private driver will be waiting with a sign showing your name — no stress, no searching. In case of flight delays or operational circumstances, we may arrange a curbside pickup instead, with clear instructions sent in advance.

If any details are missing at the time of booking, we will contact you to confirm them before your service.
