Overview
Start your journey bright and early from Bucharest at 06:45 with the scenic drive to the Carpathian Mountains.
Your first stop Sinaia, dominated by a magnificent Neo-Renaissance gem, the Peles Castle, built in the late 19th century. Take a tour of its opulent rooms, admire the ornate woodwork or just enjoy it’s remarkable architecture and surroundings.
Next, head to the famous Bran Castle, about an hour’s drive from Peles. Known as "Dracula’s Castle," Bran’s Gothic appearance and dramatic hilltop setting create a mysterious allure. The castle museum offers insights into the legends of Vlad the Impaler and Transylvanian history.
After Bran, continue to Brasov, one of Romania’s most charming medieval cities. Walk through the Old Town, where cobblestone streets and the iconic Black Church await. Take in the sights around Council Square, enjoy a lunch with Romanian specialties.
After that, begin the journey back to Bucharest. The return drive takes around 3 hours.

As the tours leaves in the morning and arrives at ~ 9:30 in Sinaia, we advise that you buy the tickets for the FIRST time frame (9:15 - 11:00) More information here: https://peles.ro/en/program-si-taxe/Peleș and Pelișor Castles are the most visited historical monuments in Romania. In order to protect them and their exceptional heritage, entrance tickets are purchased on hourly intervals, limited to 2000 people/day at Peleș Castle and 1500 people/day at Pelișor Castle. Starting July 1st, high season begins, therefore we recommend that you purchase your tickets to Peles in advance.
