The hotels are located within downtown Beijing, preferably within the Third Ring Road. Once travelers have booked their tickets, it’s better to send us the details, such as flight number, train ticket number, arrival date, seat number, and so on, via email. This way, we can arrange for a bus or van and a tour guide to pick you up at the right location punctually. We will hold your name at the exit where you can see all the pick-up signs.
