The guide will be wearing a red cap with the company name, and holding a white flag with yellow trim, featuring the company logo in blue and red.

For guests staying in hotels within the Old Quarter of Hanoi, complimentary pick-up service is available. Guests simply need to provide their hotel name and room number in advance
