Tulum Journey: Mayan Ruins, Cenote Swim, and Mexican Cuisine

1. Tulum
   Pass by
   The day begins with pickup from your hotel or the meeting point assigned to your reservation. Once the group has boarded, transportation will head toward Tulum ruins for a tour that combines coastal Maya ruins, freshwater swimming, and a local meal in a relaxed setting.
2. Zona Arqueologica De Tulum

   The first major stop is the archaeological area of Tulum, one of the most visually striking Maya sites in the Mexican Caribbean. Set near the sea, this historic city brings together ancient stone structures, cultural heritage, and wide coastal views.
   
   A certified guide will lead the group through the site for approximately 1 hour, explaining its history, symbolism, and importance within the Maya world. After the guided visit, travelers will have around 1 hour to explore freely, take photos, walk through the area, and enjoy the atmosphere of this iconic landmark at their own pace.
3. 1h 30m
   After visiting the ruins, the tour continues to a natural cenote where travelers can cool off in fresh water surrounded by a peaceful setting. This stop offers a refreshing break after the archaeological walk and gives guests time to swim, relax, and capture photos of the natural surroundings.
   
   A life jacket is included for the cenote visit.
4. Tulum
   1h 30m
   The final main stop takes place at a small local restaurant in Tulum. Here, travelers will enjoy a Mexican lunch and have time to recharge after exploring the ruins and swimming in the cenote.
   
   This part of the day adds a simple and authentic local touch before starting the return journey.
5. Tulum
   Pass by
   Once the activities are complete, transportation will return travelers to their hotels or confirmed meeting points. The ride back closes a day focused on Maya history, cenote waters, memorable photos, and regional food.

• This excursion does not allow luggage. Guests may only carry personal items or small bags and backpacks. The transportation vehicles are not able to safeguard luggage or extra belongings, since they keep moving and assisting other travelers throughout the route. The service is designed to maximize passenger space, not to provide luggage storage.
• Effective April 21, 2026, visitors are not allowed to enter archaeological sites in Mexico with backpacks or luggage due to security requirements. We kindly recommend carrying only what is truly necessary for the visit, limited to items that can fit in pockets or small personal bags whenever possible. Only essential belongings are permitted, although specific exceptions may apply, including diaper bags. We cannot be responsible for the care, storage, or protection of any items that archaeological site security does not allow inside.
• Guests who plan to swim in the cenote must avoid applying creams, sunscreen, insect repellent, lotions, or similar body products before entering the water.
• Pets and companion animals cannot join this experience. For safety reasons, animals are not permitted to board the transportation or take part in the activity.
• The excursion includes lunch with one Mexican à la carte dish. This option is served as offered and cannot be changed or tailored to specific dietary regimens.
