1. Cancun
   Pass by
   Your adventure starts with transportation from the hotel or meeting point confirmed for your reservation. Once the group is ready, leave Cancun behind and travel approximately 45 minutes toward the Ruta de los Cenotes.
   
   As the city gives way to denser vegetation, the surroundings shift into the Maya jungle, where the eco-park and the main activities of the day take place.
2. La Ruta de los Cenotes

   After arriving at the park, the team will provide an introduction to the experience, explain the activity sequence, and distribute the necessary safety equipment.
   
   The first challenge takes place on the ground with an ATV ride through jungle terrain. Follow off-road paths with curves, uneven sections, dusty trails, and natural surroundings while enjoying one of the most energetic parts of the excursion.
   
   From there, move upward for the aerial portion of the park. The circuit features 4 ziplines and 1 hanging bridge, combining elevated platforms, jungle views, speed, and height.
   
   After the action, cool down inside a cavern cenote. Swim in the fresh natural water, take time to relax, or use the jumping platform for an additional dose of adventure.
   
   Before departure, enjoy some downtime in the park’s rest area, where chairs and hammocks are available for guests who want to unwind after completing the activities.
3. Cancun
   Pass by
   At the end of the park visit, reboard the transportation for the return trip to Cancun.
   
   Use the ride back to relax after a day of ATV trails, ziplines, a hanging bridge, and cenote swimming. As the vehicle reaches each confirmed hotel or meeting point, the driver will notify the corresponding travelers before drop-off and the experience concludes.

Roundtrip transportation is included for travelers who book this experience. Depending on the location of your hotel or accommodation and the access conditions in the area, pickup may be provided directly from the property or from an assigned meeting point.

Pickup conditions

Some hotels, resorts, gated communities, or private properties do not allow tour transportation vehicles to enter. If this applies to your accommodation, pickup will be arranged from the nearest accessible entrance or authorized meeting location.

A nearby meeting point may also be assigned when direct vehicle access is limited by narrow streets, alleys, damaged roads, blocked routes, security restrictions, or similar operating conditions.

The time selected during booking corresponds to the scheduled start of the activities at the park. It is not your confirmed transportation pickup time.

One day before your excursion, we will send a final confirmation using the contact information provided with your reservation. This message will include your exact pickup time and confirmed boarding location.

• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Guests must be at least 16 years old to drive an ATV. Travelers under 18 may operate one only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
• Any remaining taxes must be paid in cash when checking in. Payments are accepted in either Mexican pesos or US dollars. Other payment methods are not available for these charges.
• Infants may accompany the group at no admission cost. During transportation, they must remain on the lap of their parent or guardian. Due to the nature and difficulty of the activities, infants cannot participate and must remain under the direct supervision of their accompanying adult at all times. Our guides and staff assist with the general operation of the experience, but they cannot assume responsibility for infant care. This means they cannot carry, hold, supervise, or look after a baby while parents or guardians participate in the activities.
• Using a locker is generally optional, but it becomes mandatory when travelers arrive with items that could create a safety risk during the activities. Backpacks, handbags, jewelry, watches, selfie sticks, action cameras, loose accessories, or hanging objects must be stored before participating in ATV riding, ziplining, cenote swimming, or similar activities. These items may fall, break, become caught in equipment, or create a hazard for you or other participants. Small personal items such as prescription glasses, sunglasses, bandanas, sports headphones, and rings may be allowed. Travelers who choose not to store restricted belongings will not be permitted to participate in the corresponding activities due to safety regulations. We recommend bringing only essential items such as your phone, identification, and wallet. Whenever possible, keep them inside secure zippered pockets or a compact waist bag that remains close to your body.
