Your private departure transfer is arranged around the pickup time you select.

One day before the service, you will receive a final confirmation with your booking details. For last-minute reservations, this information may be sent only a few hours before pickup.

Your driver will arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. Once your selected pickup time begins, a courtesy waiting period will also be provided so you can meet the driver and board without rushing.

The driver will assist with your luggage before departure. Then, simply settle into a clean, air-conditioned vehicle and enjoy a direct private ride to Cancun Airport.

This service is available only for hotels and accommodations located within: Downtown Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen metropolitan area, Playa del Carmen Hotel Zone, Playacar, Nickelodeon hotel zone, Playa Paraíso, Punta Maroma, El Caracol, Tres Ríos, Xcaret hotel Zone, Paa Mul, Puerto Aventuras, El Dorado, Grand Palladium hotel zone, Grand Sirenis hotel zone, Akumal, Bahía Principe hotel zone, Xcacel, Jacinto Pat

• Your transfer includes direct drop-off at the Cancun International Airport departure terminal that corresponds to the flight number provided with your reservation. Service is limited to one terminal per booking and does not include stops at multiple terminals.
• Specific vehicle brands or models cannot be selected or guaranteed. Vehicles are assigned from the available fleet according to operational availability at the time of service.
