Overview
An excellent value for money, this four-day safari tour takes you to Maasai Mara National Reserve near the Tanzanian border. Enjoy a leisurely drive to the park from Nairobi with views of the magnificent Great Rift Valley. After settling in at the the park, enjoy meals, accommodations, and several game drives where you can spot the big five— lions, leopards, rhinoceros, elephants, and Cape buffaloes. The annual wildebeest migration occurs July through November, when more than 1.5 million of the animals move through the park.

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai mara national reserve

At 8 o'clock you will be picked up from your hotel or residency within Nairobi CBD and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the great rift valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Lunch will be at the arrival at the camp. In the afternoon after you check in depart for a game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve. Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with good time for resting at lenchada Tourist camp or similar
Day 2: Masai Mara Full Day

Spend the full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve. This day we will go all the way to mara river which is the site of the great wilderbeest migration. There lots of hippos and crocodiles basking in the sun as other animals come for a drink. Optional: In the evening, Visit the local Masai village for a Masai cultural tour . Learn about the Masai community and interact with the local Masai people. A balloon safari at a discounted USD 380 per person can be organised early morning on this day then proceed with the normal program.

Breakfast, then leave for a full day game drive in Maasai Mara. This day we will be covering the other Vast areas that were not covered on the previous day , as we have a more relaxed game drive. Masai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. Its regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife Viewing areas. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November.
