All visitors, including children and infants, must be included in the booking and must carry a valid ID or passport on the day of the visit. Admission is granted only with the official PDF ticket received separately. The booking confirmation QR code alone is not the final entrance ticket. The selected time is the start time of the visit, not necessarily the exact access time to the Nasrid Palaces. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected timeslot. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. The visit includes access to the Alhambra areas open to the public, including the Nasrid Palaces, Generalife, gardens and Alcazaba. The average visit takes around 3 hours, so comfortable shoes are recommended. Baby strollers are not allowed inside the visitable buildings. They can be left at the designated stroller storage point, subject to availability. Pets are not allowed. Only guide dogs and certified assistance dogs are permitted. Small bags are allowed, but backpacks should be carried on the front of the body. Large bags and luggage are not suitable for the visit. To collect the physical audio guide, travelers must go to My Top Tour Tickets Office, Paseo de la Sabika No. 32, next to Hotel Guadalupe.
