1. YOUR PASSPORT IS YOUR TICKET: The Shanghai Tower operates on a strict ID-scanning system. No physical tickets or QR codes will be issued/sent to you.
2. ORIGINAL ID REQUIRED: You MUST bring the ORIGINAL Passport/ID (the exact one used during booking) to the entrance. Digital photos or photocopies will NOT be accepted.
3. STRICT TIME SLOT: You must enter the tower only during the specific time slot you selected. Early or late arrivals may result in denied entry.
4. NO MODIFICATIONS: Once confirmed, the date and time slot cannot be changed or modified. Please plan your itinerary carefully.
