Our office is located at Vicolo del Farinone 23, just a few minutes’ walk from St. Peter’s Square. Please look for the Gyash Tours office and arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled entry time.

• Please arrive at the ticket redemption point at Vicolo del Farinone 23 at least 20–30 minutes before your scheduled time. Your booking confirmation/voucher is not the official entrance ticket and must be exchanged at our office before the visit. Our staff will assist you with the ticket redemption process.
• Entrance tickets are issued in the visitor’s name. Please make sure the name provided during booking matches the visitor’s valid ID or passport. Incorrect names may result in refused admission, and corrections may not always be possible after booking.
