Pickup Details: We’ll wait up to 60 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for other locations. Arriving by plane? No worries—we’ll share the exact meeting point a day before. Just be ready, and we’ll make your ride smooth and easy!

Traveling with Children: Children under 12 must use a child seat. We provide it free—please notify us in advance. No seat, no ride (Swiss law).
Waiting & Delays: Free waiting included. Extra waiting for a fee. No-shows = no refund. Flight delays covered up to 2 hours.
Luggage & Seating: Van seats up to 8. At full capacity, each passenger may bring only 1 medium suitcase (60×40×30 cm) + 1 personal item; large or extra bags may not fit. Fewer passengers = more space.
