Overview

Long ticket-office queues can eat into a Vatican visit. Timed entry to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel lets you explore independently, or you can add a licensed-guide tour for context on the collections and Renaissance art. Another option pairs museum admission with a Hop-On Hop-Off bus pass for flexible sightseeing around Rome. The museums hold art, sculptures, and historical masterpieces. Choose the format that suits your day.
