Choose a studio setting or, when available, we can take our practice to the beautiful mountainous backdrop.

Whether you’re looking to start your day feeling energized, unwind after an adventure, reconnect with your travel companions, or simply create a meaningful moment during your trip, your session will be created around what you need.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are, breathe deeply, move your body + leave feeling refreshed, grounded + deeply connected.

This isn’t just a yoga class, it’s a chance to slow down + experience a different side of Utah and our culture.

What to expect

All experiences will be tailored to the individual or group's needs and physical abilities. The experience will be accessible to all ages + body types.

Offerings: A variety of styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Yin, Heated, Slow Yoga. We can offer Sound Bath, Meditation and a variety of readings, including Astrology, Gene Keys, Human Design, Tarot or Oracle Cards.

Reiki Energy Healing is included and infused into every experience at no extra cost

Offerings can be at one of our suggested nature locations, a park setting or at the studio. The studio also offers an infrared Sauna and opportunity to cold plunge at no additional cost.
