Overview
Step beyond the tourist trail & connect with the people & stories that make Medellín unforgettable.
Your tour begins in Moravia, a neighborhood known for its powerful transformation from a former garbage dump into a vibrant community shaped by art, pride, and resilience. Guided by a local LGBTQ+ guide & community member, you’ll explore striking murals and hidden corners while hearing firsthand how residents are actively shaping their future.
This experience goes beyond street art. Along the way, you’ll meet community leaders, artists & allies creating change from the ground up and redefining what community looks like.
After the walk, you’ll head to the Jardín Botánico for a relaxed picnic under the trees. Enjoy a rainbow picnic with local bites, fresh fruit, and cold drinks, shared alongside invited members of Medellín’s LGBTQ+ community. It’s a moment to unwind, connect, and reflect—surrounded by nature, conversation, and a side of the city most travelers never get to experience.
